Report a copyright infringement

This form does not require a Mosalea account

If an artwork published on Mosalea reproduces your creation without your permission, this form lets you notify us directly. Every notice is reviewed manually by the Mosalea team, and the content is removed if it turns out to infringe a third party's rights.

Already a Mosalea member? You can also report a post directly from the app, via the “…” menu on the artwork, choosing the “Copyright infringement” reason. This form is primarily for authors who do not have an account.

What your notice must contain

So that we can act quickly, your notice must make it possible to identify who you are, which content is targeted, which work you hold rights over, and on what grounds you request its removal. The fields marked with an asterisk are required for that reason.

What happens next

Your notice is recorded and passed to the Mosalea moderation team.
It is reviewed manually, case by case, as soon as possible.
If the infringement is confirmed, the post is removed and the artist is informed.
The artist may challenge the removal if they believe they hold the rights, under article 8.5 of the Terms.

Personal data

The information submitted through this form (identity, contact details, content of the notice) is used only to handle your request and to keep a record of how it was processed.
