Mosalea is a platform connecting individuals who want to commission a digital creation (illustration, character design, emote, etc.) with independent artists who produce those creations. Mosalea acts as a technical intermediary: the artwork is produced by the artists themselves, exclusively by humans, without the use of generative artificial intelligence.
Access to and use of the site is restricted to adults (18 years or older).
The site's structure, visual identity, design and software components belong to the publisher, unless otherwise stated. Artwork published by artists remains their property: it is subject to applicable copyright law and to the usage terms agreed with the buyer for each order (see the Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale).
